Prices will be based on day rates for site and office time– depending on variables such as site size, location, how many manhole covers are within the area and how difficult the covers are to raise.

What's involved:
Instead of purely tracing the route of the pipes, we will introduce the latest models of Mini-Cam camera systems, which will record the inside of the pipe and therefore allows us to report on the condition.

What you get:
We provide a 2D AutoCAD layout drawings in both dwg. and pdf with CCTV references for each pipe. The latest version pdf WinCan VX report, which gives a detailed breakdown of each drainage run, along with key photographs and descriptions of any sections worth noting the condition of. We will also provide the full video footage and manhole photographs as a standard.

With computer aided design accuracy, your entire system can be mapped. The final survey CAD plans, can take the form of large paper prints, dwg or pdf digital files. Providing state of the art survey information on your drainage system.

What's involved:
This is done by opening manhole covers, and recording details of chambers including pipe sizes, material, chamber construction, invert levels.

What you get:
Clients are provided with a drawing detailing the route of the pipes, size, the manhole cover and invert levels. Normally, results are overlaid onto an existing topographical survey. If one is not available then this data will be overlaid onto an OS map.

Jetting and Vacuuming

Jetting can be used for cleaning pipelines and is used in various scenarios such as assisting CCTV to ensure completed surveys, pre-manhole survey cleaning or even tracing of silted pipelines to general pipeline maintenance.

Jetting is a much more powerful way of cleaning out lines, pipes and drains than traditional methods such as drain rods, which can often make the problem worse by forcing a blockage further down the pipe. Jetting also allows a powerful clean even round multiple bends, making it a much more effective cleaning tool. Sewer jetting is so powerful that it removes grease, fat or scale and near enough any other blockage which might be present in the drain.
